Finance AR/AP Staff

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
  • Able to work in a fast paced & multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong Computer Skills(s): Ms. Word & Ms. Excel.
  • High degree of accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects, & able to work overtime if required.
  • Willing to be placed in PIK, North Jakarta.
  • Able to join immediately.
Job Desc:
  1. Report account payable for periodically
  2. Responsible to do bank payment process
  3. Bookkeeping accounting and review for reimbursement
  4. Preparing tax administration and bank reconcilliation
  5. Do all administration for account payable needed
  6. prepare and issue payments
  7. Check incoming cash in bank for all banks
  8. Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  9. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording account receivable’s data
  10. Prepare bills and invoices
  11. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  12. Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
  13. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  14. Generate financial statements and reports detailing account receivable status
