Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieves sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, establish sales development framework, identify trends and its impact on sales development; determining sales training system improvements; implementing change.
  2. Meets sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyse variances; initiating corrective actions.
  3. Determines training needs by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; conferring with sales executives; reviewing results of trainer coaching: evaluating training effectiveness.
  4. Develops managerial results by monitoring sales development program implementation, develop sales training module, conducting training programs; providing learning resources; coaching individual sales managers.
  5. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  6. Inspire a learning culture of excellence

Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university, with minimum GPA
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales training from FMCG industry
  • Experience in training large sales teams across Indonesia for aspects such as selling skills, product knowledge and basic tips like grooming/greeting etc
  • Able to network with other Blackmores foreign markets to source pre existing materials to design overall program
  • Able to develop sales training module and conduct sales training
  • Fluent in English
  • Results driven person

New Product Development Manager

Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor degree of food tech, marketing or pharmacist from reputable city, with minimum GPA 2.7S
  • Have experience in similar position from FMCG/Pharmacy industry minimum 3 years
  • Experience in marketing/brand management will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English must both oral and written

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a 5 year NPD plan/pipeline that inline with marketing plan and company goals and to review/update on yearly basis
  2. Identifying opportunity based on consumer/market trend – assessing its commercial feasibility and regulatory compliance to then propose to marketing for go head in Blackmores NPD system
  3. Assessing commercial feasibility and regulatory compliance on NPD proposals from Bl regional team and local marketing team
  4. Collaborate with marketing to develop launch plan of NPDS and to monitor recent launches of NPD (up to 1 year after launch vs target
  5. Ensuring NPD taunch(s) are on time, through regular monitoring and coordination with regional team
  6. Always updating his/herself with latest competitor, market and consumer trend as well as changes in regulatory
