Compensation & Benefit Manager

Job Description :
  1. Coordination and manage the entire payroll function
  2. Process administering payrolls, month-end consolidation, and processing support as required; Calculation, payment, and reconciliation of payroll tax and group tax, termination, and bonus payments.
  3. Ensure systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time in line with contracts;
  4. Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports; monthly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, and others)
  5. Responsible for a comprehensive employee personnel records system for all employees, regardless of categories of employment, Including personnel application forms, pay history, performance evaluations, promotions, adjustments, and bonuses
  6. Ensure a smooth and effective operation HR database, including salary movements such as new appointment, transfer, bonus, Increment, promotion, and other related works

Qualification :
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business, HR Management or Accounting related disciplines is preferred.
  • Having at least 7 (seven) years of relevant experience in the C&B area.
  • Familiar with Individual Income tax law.
  • Working experience in FMCG is an advantage.
  • Conversant with prevailing Labor Law and related legislation.
  • Proficient in MS office applications, payroll and statutory applications.
  • Numerical sensitive and detail-minded.
  • Skillful in using Microsoft excel program.
  • Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision

Consumer Acquisition & Retention Executive (Product Executive)

Job Description :
  1. Assisting the development of annual marketing plan
  2. Controlling the advertisement, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan
  3. Building a good liaison with the SPG/SPB to assess the response and suitable current promotional material and to ensure the printed promotional material is being used optimally
  4. Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them selling the product

Qualification :
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University with GPA> 3.0 of 4.0
  • Fresh graduate with any major is welcome, with the excellent record.
  • Experienced as Product executive
  • Experienced at FMCG company is an advantage.

Deputy Head of R&D

Job Description :
  1. Undertaking new product development and innovation
  2. Choosing the right design concept and fundamental technology to use for new products or upgrades for existing products to ensure competitive pricing
  3. Overseeing projects in R&D, process and performance reports, data and analysis research or studies
  4. Negotiating contracts with consulting firms to conduct
  5. Ensuring all research and development activities of the organization meet the requirements.
  6. Revising food safety practices, and / or design and integrate new food safety practices into organizational policies and procedures.
  7. Manage regulatory and quality management system
  8. Providing input to improve the manufacturing process
  9. Evaluating the performance of the entire team
  10. Providing coaching, mentoring and training to the team

Qualification :
  • Graduate S1 with minimum GPA 3 of 4.0, majoring in food technology, chemistry or related from reputable university,
  • At least 10 years of experience in the same position
  • Having worked at FMCG is preferred
  • Expertise in Project Management, marketing research, regulatory, quality management system, HACCP, ISO. GMP, FFSC and sanitation & hygiene
  • Good in presentation

Job Description :
  1. Managing each plan and strategies to support customer growth through identification of each category in related channel
  2. Planning, managing, supervising, and controlling each customer promo support
  3. Aligning Trade Marketing promotion support with Brand team and demand
  4. Managing, implementing, supervising, and controlling the execution of customer promo support
  5. Involving step 1 and step 2 in the BP cycle process
  6. Managing, supervising, and developing support from related team

Qualification :
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities
  • Experience in handling Food Service for more than 1 year.
  • Having a background working in a consumer goods company.
  • A good planner, having a good relationship good communication, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Maximum age is 30 years old.

Finance Supervisor

Job Description :
  1. Controlling the budget/cost of Marketing & Sales
  2. Monitoring the budget/cost of Marketing & Sales activity
  3. Monitoring the distributor claim activity
  4. Reporting and responsible for monthly closing

Qualification :
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting from reputable university
  • Familiar with SAP (FICO, MM Module)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Management skill to work as part of the cross-functional team
  • Having good leadership skills, communication skills, and good personality

Secretary

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field or at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in administrative – Secretarial or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and verbal
  • Highly organized and creative, able to multitask and work under time limitations
  • Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
  1. Handled full spectrum of secretarial duties, administrative support & report to President Director
  2. Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation as needed
  3. Liaise with all internal and external contacts
  4. Plan, arrange and coordinate in all aspects for company meetings and events
  5. Prepare meeting agenda and take minutes
