Technical Staff

Responsibilities :
  1. Create manufacturing process, follow development planning & procedure for new size/material/ machine/technology, cost & process improvement (trial, design review & analysis, issuing mass production, initial product control and standardization) to meet with specification and SOP.
  2. Execute control plan (machine, material, process), analysis, create improvement for material process and capability to achieve specification.
  3. Control and analyze material waste, recycled, and non conformity
  4. Control and review manufacturing process standard & process
  5. Reporting
  6. Create continuous improvement related to area of responsibility
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Engineering, or other related field
  • Experience in tire company is preferrable
  • Data management & analysis skill
  • Problem solving
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication and leadership skill
  • High proficiency in Ms Office

Maintenance Staff

Responsibilities :

  1. Assist supervisor to control maintenance schedule of production machinery
  2. Regular preventive maintenance
  3. Record all maintenance activity
  4. Control safety, environment, and quality achievement
Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering
  • At least 4 years of working experience in Maintenance
  • Profound understanding of electrical & mechanical theory, instrumentation, and automation
  • Understanding in ISO 9001
  • Good maintenance management and troubleshooting skill
  • Able to operate autocad and PLC programming
  • Fluent in English
  • Good leadership skill

Sr Staff – Consumer Sales Retail Development

Responsibilities :

  1. Creating and delivering sales target proposal to achieve (Sell-out & Sell-in budget).
  2. Monitor the Consumer business sales progress (Sell-out and Sell-in), analyze the problem and provide recommendations
  3. Provide consultation for shops to ensure and support the shop quality improvement in terms of both interior/exterior and service improvement in terms of product knowledge.
  4. Conduct quality store audit activities and provide improvement recommendations for shop quality to Family Channel
  5. Develop support programs to achieve sales budget for Family Channel & General Shop
  6. Prospecting new Family Chanel to support retail plan, evaluate and terminate if necessary.
  7. Prospecting new dealing stores (for General Shop) to increase retail, evaluate and improve the sales if necessary.
  8. Develop strategic and improvement plan of a new digital retail concept
  9. Develop and promote new concept shop to end user
  10. Monitor the implementation of BSIN TNC with retail shop to ensure it is implemented accordingly
  11. Collect and analyze information about market both from shop and end users in term of customer feedback, competitor movement and price monitoring
  12. Support manager in term of expense & budget control and realization
  13. Consolidate team member’s account management and provide assistance if necessary
Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Management/Economic or any related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in related field
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Possess understanding of continuous improvement

Sr Staff Distributor Management Development

Responsibilities :

  1. Monitoring achievements budget and allocation of product sales both annual and monthly in responsible area for nation wide
  2. Coordinate distributor order collection of each region
  3. Summarizing the annual provision of incentives for performance / achievement distributor sales
  4. Conduct market analysis per area to provide feedback and recommendations for Bridgestone’s management on market penetration strategy, gross profit analysis, and also marketing strategy
  5. Monitor the effectiveness of existing marketing campaigns at the area level
  6. Coordinate and monitor the delivery of goods from the warehouse until arriving to the distributors to ensure delivery runs smoothly
  7. Provide advice for adhoc project implementation to increase sales volume and also market share of Bridgestone Indonesia
  8. Manage implementation of distributor business plan to be successfully
  9. Find new business opportunities on each responsible area collaborate with distributor
Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree (S1) on any major, Business & Economy major is more require
  • Has experience to manage key account
  • Has 3 year experience on sales
  • High motivation person
  • Used to work independence with low supervision
