QAQC SPV/AMGR Requirements:

• Male, age max. 35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or higher in related fields.
• Japanese Speaker min level 3
• At least 7 years of experience in QA/QC with Automotive, Electronic manufacturing, preferable Japanese manufacturing.
• Well-understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and production process of Automotive, Electronic Parts.
• Can operate AutoCAD software to make design 2D.
• Can use measuring equipment
• Experience successfully handling customer relations and managing budgets. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans and other automotive industry quality requirements. Proficiency in analytical problem solving using 5 Why’s, Cause/Effect Diagrams, 8D, etc.
• Experienced to have subordinates.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
• Placement at Delta Silicon 6 Lippo Cikarang
