Foreman/Forelady ProductionJob description
- Directing and monitoring the team to work in accordance with production and SOP
- Ensure the implementation of the quality management system
- Supervise the team to work according to safety standards
- Report and recommend improvement solutions if there are production problem
- Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports related to the results of the production process
Qualification
- S1 Food Technology/ Chemical Engineering/ Veterinary Medicine/ Related field
- Male/Female, age max 30 years old
- Having min 1 years experience in food manufacture/ experienced in slaughterghouse (RPHU) is a plus
- Have strong leadership, problem solving skills, controlling, analytical thinking and able to make an improvement
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Fluent in using Ms Office Package (especially excel) and SAP
- Target oriented, high intergrity, discipline, firm, active and communicative
- Have knowledge and certificates of GMP and HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Halal Assurance System
- Willing to work shifting system
- Willing to work in Cicalengka, Bandung
