PE & Maintenance Manager

Requirements :

• Minimum graduate S1 Teknik
• Maximum age 40 years old
• Honest and responsible
• Experienced as PE & Maintenance Manager for at least 3 years
• Able to communicate well
• Able to speak English (must)
• Able to speak Japanese
• Experience in Automotive Part Company
• Have experience in Japanese Company

Duites and responsibilities :

1. Manage Engineering & Maintenance policy
2. Coordinate the development of new products, from initial product study, product design, making tools and jigs, product trial and product mass trial
3. Ensuring that the use of the material has been tested with the existing process without any problems and according to the standard specifications of the request
4. Coordinate the improvement (Kaizen) of the product material spec
5. Decide on the use of technical related material
6. Coordinate daily and periodic maintenance schedule for each machine, equipment and equipment in the company
7. Coordinate prventive and corrective activities for production machines
8. Able to work according target
