Your ‘day to day’
• Accountable to create and establish Centerline (CL) targets & limits for the line(s)
• Accountable to create and establish changeover standards for all appropriate SKUs in the line(s)
• Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies and practices and the IMS. Adhere to all Quality, Environment, and Health, Safety, and Security (QEHS&S) rules, policies and practices.
• Leads change management processes and builds the capability of team through coaching and delivering on the job training
• Leads problem-solving activities using standard problem-solving tools such as IPS, 6W2H & UPS to solve the chronic problems on the line(s) in a timely manner
• Participates on setting the 24 hours direction for the line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and is actively involved in the execution of the daily plan
• Responsible to review, validate and update new CL standard of the line(s) in order to meet the business results
Who we’re looking for
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science from reputable universities
• 3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing and in production environment
• Fluent in written and in speaking both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience of using Microsoft Office
• Experience in managing project
• Have knowledge on production systems MES, SPA, OPEN+ and SAP will be an advantage
