Job Descriptions :
- Conducting analysis and planning to meet the needs and procurement of goods to support the company’s business according to requests from the relevant departments
- Control and supervise the expenditure and placement of goods based on the planning and requests of the relevant departments
- Provide assistance in special cooperation in providing trucks/vehicles from the beginning to the end of the cooperation agreement
- Manage vendor databases and maintain good relations with vendors
- Negotiating with vendors regarding the purchase price of goods, terms of payment (TOP), and communicating payments to vendors
- Create and input purchase orders (PO) to vendors into the SAP system
- Make regular expenditure reports to Procurement, GS, & Operation Partnership Manager
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of all major
- Minimum 1-2 years experienced in related field
- Experienced in logistics would be a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have a vendor database
- Good administration and computer skills
- Placement in Head Office, Jakarta
