PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) melakukan kerjasama dengan salah satu perusahaan asal Jepang, Oji Holding Corporation pada tanggal 22 Desember 2014. Kedua perusahaan tersebut mendirikan sebuah perusahaan baru yang bernama PT Oji Indo Makmur Perkasa, dan mempunyai fokus utama di sektor pemasaran dan juga distribusi produk paper diapers (popok) serta produsen paper diapers.

HR & GA Supervisor

Job descriptions:

1. Carry out Selection & Recruitment process
2. Arranging organisation structure and their attributes
3. Plan and executing training program including identification of training needs and training evaluation
4. Manage and supervise all HR regulations
5. performing procedure according to the SOP
6. Arranging company HR regulation and company regulation
7. Carry out prevention and to resolve the industrial related problem
8. Managing Company’s general affair business
9. Managing and supervising the process of updating employee database
10. Calculate overtime. employee BPJS
11. Taking care of the employment permit
12. Building a good relationship with the company’s stakeholder
13. Managing office facility

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Law, Management or Psychology
• Maximum 35 years old
• Healthy both mental and physical
• 4 – 5 years of experience in HR & GA Supervisor field
• Able to speak English
• Capable of operating computer (Ms Office, Ms Word & Ms Excel
• Mastered the Indonesian employment law (UU No. 13/2003 & Permen) and regulation
• Capable of leading the work team
• Willing to be placed at GIIC, Kota Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat – Bekasi
